Jackie Kroening M.A., founder and President of Advocacy Values Consulting, started her career in the semi-conductor industry where she has held various executive management positions in the areas of Semiconductor Design and Test Engineering, Semiconductor equipment corporate management, high technology international product marketing and international sales, Family Marrage Child Psychotherapist and Corporate Executive Organizational Development.

After serving in both the Army and Navy during the Vietnam War, Jackie worked in the semi-conductor industry in Silicon Valley California for more than 15 years. She then started working on her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Santa ClaraOn graduation, she started her counseling career in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling at the Center for Human Communications in Los Gatos, CA.

In 1989, Jackie founded Advocacy Values Consulting and collaborated with Dr. Brian Hall, Chairman of the board for Values Technology, Inc, to create measurement technologies and process used in individual, group and organizational transformation.  While serving as VP of Values Technology Jackie worked with major international Fortune 500 companies on major corporate change initiatives and executive counseling.

Jackie accepted a position at Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton South Carolina as an adjunct instructor in Psychology where she teaches General Psychology, Organizational Psychology and Psychology of Human Development in Fall of 2003.

Some of her work included:

· Defining company values through the analysis of company documentation and communications
· Interpreting and applying values information to facilitate individual, group and organizational transformation and growth
· Values-based strategic and tactical planning
· Aligning company policies, standards and ethics, and advertising/marketing/corporate positioning documents and employee/partner/new acquisition and merger/vendor relationships
· Counseling and mentoring executives and management teams
· Designing and conducting custom Values-based surveys
· Measurement of Intellectual Capital (Knowledge, Structural, and Customer)

Jackie holds a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and an Associate degree in Technology from Southern Illinois University.

Some of the organizations Jackie has worked with are: Alcoa, Bank of Boston, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, US Department of Defense, Federal Department of Total Quality Management, Intel, Mitsubishi Motors, Siemens, Telus Corporation, Texas Instruments, National Semiconductor, Megatest Corporation, and Advanced Micro Devices.

Jackie has lectured at, the Federal Total Quality Group under Vice President Gore, the Department of Environmental Management at the University of California Santa Cruz, the Department of Business Development at the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain, the University of Sydney, Australia, S.I.D. University in Manila, Philippines and the California State Employment Development Department and is an adjunct instructor of Psychology at Tri-County Technichal College in Pendleton South Carolina..
