Executive Coaching consists of measurement,
evaluation, action plan development, implementation, and completion.
 | Measurement
this may include a 360 survey and LifeTour Leadership surveys. (Approximately 1-2 weeks) |
 | Evaluation this may include reports on Leadership
profile, Leadership skills, Values Priorities, Worldview, Growth Track, and Risk Factors.
(Approximately 3-4 weeks) |
 | Action Plan Development - Create an action plan based on the
evaluation that will be incorporated in your everyday work life. (Approximately 2-3 weeks) |
