Overview

Career Planning is a process to gain insight into who you are, where you are and where you want to go in your career.  The process may include identifying what is important to you in your career, identifying what career path is best for you and skill building to improve your career possibilities.   

Purpose

The outcome of Career Planning is to enhance and improve your effectiveness and success in your professional career.  The process will give career direction, maximize your performance, and move you from were you are now to where you want to be in your career.

Through Executive Coaching you will experience

bulletWhat is important to you in your career
bulletImproved clarity on which career is best for you
bulletIncreased control over your career path
bulletSubstantial support for attaining desired results

Executive Coaching consists of measurement, evaluation, action plan development, implementation, and completion.

bulletMeasurement – this may include a career survey and LifeTour Leadership surveys and personal interview. (Approximately 1-2 weeks)
bulletEvaluation – this may include reports on career profile, career skills, career priorities, Worldview, Growth Track, and Risk Factors. (Approximately 3-4 weeks)
bulletAction Plan Development - Create an action plan based on the evaluation that will be incorporated in your everyday work life. (Approximately 2-3 weeks)
bulletImplementation – execution of your action plan (Approximately 3 months)
Completion – feedback and corrective action planning (Approximately 3 weeks)
